Everything Outpost teaches, rooted in one place.
This is the whole building. The Education Library's volumes are its root — the one place a fact lives, so a correction made there lands everywhere at once. Every other surface on this page is a wing of the same structure: the courses teach from it, the games cite it, the primary texts sit under it, and the tools point it at the government you actually have.
All of it is free and account-free — the facts are never the perk. And none of it claims to be finished: the shelf reports its own emptiness without rounding up, on every visit.

The Arcade drills what the volumes teach. Its games cite the Education Library for their facts — one copy of each fact, in the root, where a correction lands everywhere at once.
The Practice
For the subjects whose competence is bodily — moving, stillness, theatre, first aid, making, manners. The screen names the task and stops; nothing is scored, and no practice reports itself to anyone.

Two Apples Are Not The Same
The Transparency Toolkit pointed at the food system — what actually varies between two of the same food, which public record holds it, what each record cannot show, and which questions are still genuinely argued. It never says a food is safe or dangerous.
Ten Questions
Ten lenses to put a civic problem through, each one carrying the thing it misses. A lens is a question, not a finding — and a lens that claimed to see everything would be a worldview.
Ways In
Twelve supports for when starting is the hard part. Offered to everybody, never assigned, reported to nobody, and no condition is ever named at a reader.
The rooting rule
A fact lives in one place — a volume of the Education Library — and everything else cites it. The Arcade's games already do this in code: a game constant either points at a volume and claim, carries its own named source, or is labelled as an invented model, and a citation that points at nothing fails the build. As older pages are revisited, their duplicated facts move into the root the same way. Where a surface still carries its own copy, that is a migration not yet done — not a second source of truth.
