Updates
What shipped, and what is still owed
Every update states what shipped AND what is still owed. An update that only carries good news is marketing wearing a changelog's clothes.
This project's whole claim on a reader's trust is that it reports its own gaps. The moment the announcements stop doing that, the gap reporting everywhere else becomes decoration.
When we get something wrong, the correction is an update of its own with the date, and the original is not deleted.

The Watchers Watched, the Organize Standard, and Problem Solver
What shipped. A surveillance-transparency room covering eight systems with the companies behind each, the public-record procedure to find them near you, the rights each one touches with its authority, and a full Palantir disclosure. An organize standard with five lawful levers, the standing criteria that decide who legally counts, and an office registry for removal from office. And an internal agent that reads every error-correcting system in the project and proposes routes around what is blocking the work.
What is still owed
The web app is not deployed, so none of it can be read by anybody yet. No lawyer has reviewed the legal surfaces. The research scouts are scheduled but have never run.

The whole library now reads at its band's level
What shipped. Every one of 124 volumes was rewritten to the 5th-grade basis the founder set, worst first, in nine passes. The fuller original of any claim that carried real depth was kept rather than deleted — it sits behind a fold for readers who want the challenge.
What is still owed
0 of 612 claims have been read against their sources by a named human. The library reports that number in the first line of its own status page rather than hiding it.
