Every ?section= address on leg.wa.gov returns the WHOLE constitution -- the articles are all present in the markup and one is revealed by script -- so thirty-one addresses produced thirty-one documents all headed 'ARTICLE I. DECLARATION OF RIGHTS' and 1,077,788 characters in total. Nothing there is false; it simply is not divided into the articles the addresses promise. Same position as Massachusetts: the publisher question is answered and the reading is not.
