SMALL CLAIMS IS NOT A STATUTE IN ILLINOIS. The procedure and the dollar limit are set by the Illinois Supreme Court Rules, not by the General Assembly, so there is no ILCS citation to read and the publisher is a different one: the Supreme Court, at illinoiscourts.gov. Recording an ILCS act here would have been the tidiest-looking wrong answer in this register.

Find the Supreme Court's own publication of Rules 281-289, record it as its own publisher the way the Bureau is recorded for the Constitution, and read it.
